[§187] Spirit Worlds Are Created According to the Order of Creation
During the spirit creation in this generation,1 God the Father organized countless spirit worlds in descending order of their intelligence according to the Order of Creation.2 God began to create spirit worlds after he first created all the premortal spirits in the human, animal, and plant kingdoms in descending order of intelligence. Thereafter, he began to organize spirit worlds3 of the celestial order4 first because they possessed the highest intelligence or measure of life within the mineral kingdom.5 These celestial spirit worlds were, and still are, living organisms6 that have the capacity to abide celestial law.7 They became celestial earths during the physical creation8 when Jesus Christ (Jehovah) clothed their inner spirit with temporal or physical element.9 Every celestial earth that dies10 will resurrect11 as a glorified celestial world12 of the celestial kingdom.13 God's celestial-worthy children will inherit the celestial earth on which they dwell in mortality.14 The world of their mortal habitation will be their glorified celestial kingdom forever if they abide celestial law.15
Since God's celestial-worthy children inherit the celestial earth of their mortal existence, this earth, and every other habitable earth like it,16 began with a celestial spirit world as its inward spirit that could fulfill this ultimate purpose.17 God's children and other life forms on this earth must fill the celestial measure of their creation.18 As they do so, this earth and all life forms will be celestialized together.19 To this end and for this purpose, the Father organized a large, but fixed, number of celestial spirit worlds during the spirit creation to correspond to the fixed number of his spirit children20 that would inhabit those worlds after their physical creation.21 The large number of celestial spirit worlds are governed by the light and power22 from three great planets called Kolob, Oliblish, and Enish-go-on-dosh.23 Kolob was the first celestial spirit world that God the Father created24 and it became the world of spirit within this earth. Kolob will also become the great governing star of this universe after the resurrection when Kolob and this physical earth will be forever joined in celestial glory.25
After the Father created all the celestial spirit worlds of his generation26 in descending order of intelligence,27 he organized spirit worlds of lesser intelligence to become glorified worlds of the terrestrial and telestial kingdoms28 in the hierarchy of descending kingdoms.29 Mortal humans never occupy or dwell upon any of these lesser worlds after their physical creation.30 Nevertheless, these lesser worlds will be resurrected to become the final habitation of immortal people that don't qualify for celestial glory in the resurrection.31 God created these lesser worlds of spirit to become kingdoms of lesser glory in the resurrection because celestialized worlds won't be subdivided to accommodate persons of terrestrial or telestial glory in the resurrection.32 That is, people unworthy of celestial glory will be removed from the physical world of their mortality after the resurrection.33 They will inherit worlds of lesser intelligence34 that are compatible with the measure of their own intelligence35 and the law they chose to obey during the period of their probation on their appointed earth.36
