4.2 Billing and Payments

• Book and ebook purchases are one-time payments
• Payment is due immediately at checkout
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these Terms

4.3 Existing Subscribers

Existing subscribers are grandfathered into full Study Dashboard access under the new access model.

4.4 Price Changes

We may modify purchase prices prospectively. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Commentary Content

“Unveiling Jesus Christ in the Book of Revelation,” including all text, footnotes, cross-references, and associated materials, is the intellectual property of John Cassinat and is protected by copyright law.

5.2 Platform and Technology

Our platform, including the website design, Aida (AI Doctrinal Assistant) technology, search functionality, and all related software, is owned by John Cassinat and protected by intellectual property laws.

5.3 Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
