The keyword Index functions like an electronic topical guide with linked functions. From the Additional Content Page, press the Keyword Index icon and you will be taken to a list of all letters in the alphabet. From here, select the letter that corresponds to your chosen topic. When you click the letter, the drop down menu lists all the topics that start with the letter you selected.
Some topics are listed with all capital letters (e.g., DANIEL). This means this main topic heading has multiple subparts or subtopics listed as subheadings. Click on any subheading and another dropdown menu will appear with topical summaries within that subheading.
Some topical summaries are followed by the word [references]. Click on this link and all gospel quotes for that topical summary will be listed by individual section and footnote number (§_:_) that you can click on to read the quotations in that specific section and footnote number. Alternatively, if you click on Read all quotes, then all the quotations for that topic will be listed and you can scroll down to read all of them.
Some topical summaries are followed by the word [See]. Click on this link and you will be redirected to a different subheading that corresponds to the topical summary you have selected. Under this other subheading you will see the word [references] that can then be clicked to list all quotations for that topic as described above.
Each topical summary followed by the word [see], lists the different subheading that you will be redirected to followed by a colon (:) and the topical summary within that other subheading.

The Search function allows you to search the GLOG database using multiple words, phrases, and quotations. When you click on the Search function a menu will allow you to filter your search, as follows:
Full Text of Footnotes: The GLOG database contains over four-million words of gospel quotes by 250+ authors in 500+ books and publications. These quotes are organized and listed by the same section and footnote numbers (§_:_) used in The Book of Revelation Doctrinal Commentary: Unveiling Jesus Christ. If this icon is shown in dark blue, it means your search will include all quotations in the 16,000+ footnotes in the database.
Section Headings: If this icon is shown in dark blue, it means your search will include all 378 section headings used in The Book of Revelation Doctrinal Commentary: Unveiling Jesus Christ.
Keyword Index: If this icon is shown in dark blue, it means your search will include topical summaries from the keyword index that contains more than one-million words.
Full Text of Book: If this icon is shown in dark blue, it means your search will include the full electronic text (i.e., John Cassinat’s commentary) from The Book of Revelation Doctrinal Commentary: Unveiling Jesus Christ. This text is only electronically accessible and searchable by people who have previously purchased the book.
To begin your search for a particular gospel topic, type the words, phrases, and actual “quotes” that best describe the topic you are searching for. To begin your search, hit return or click on the looking glass icon to the right. Be patient as the search engine performs the search of this very large GLOG database.
Immediately below the search query, you will see the results of your search as a numerical figure. This figure tells you how many footnotes contain the search terms listed in your query.
On the left side of the screen below the filter menu, you will see a breakdown of how many times your individual search terms appear in the footnotes. In addition to the specific terms used in your search, the search engine also looks automatically for variations of those words. If you want to limit your search to only the specific words in your query, then click the alternative words to highlight them in dark blue and they will be eliminated from the search results. As you eliminate word variations from your search, you will see a corresponding drop in the number of search results.
On the right side of the screen you will see the excerpts of the quotations identified in your search with your search terms highlighted in yellow. The highlighted quotation excerpts are listed below the section and footnote number (§_:_) where the quotation can be found. The name of the section heading from The Book of Revelation Doctrinal Commentary: Unveiling Jesus Christ is also listed after the section and footnote number. Click on the section and footnote number or the name of the section heading and you will be redirected to the full text of the footnote identified in your search.
After you are redirected to the footnotes identified in your search you can scroll back and forth through all the footnotes identified in your search. The section number and title of the section is shown above each footnote in the blue ribbon to provide context for the footnote shown on the screen.
Every footnote that contains one or more a gospel quotes has one or more “Key words” listed below the quoted language in the footnote. These Key words correspond topically to the subject matter of the footnote. Individual Key words are separated by a vertical line. You will often see multiple Key words for each footnote because the footnotes contain more than one subject matter. The Key words in the footnote correspond to the same Key words used in the Keyword Index. If you click on a Key word, you will be redirected to the corresponding topical summary in the Keyword Index that most closely matches the content for that particular footnote. Once you are redirected to a specific topical summary in the Keyword index, you will see a list of every footnote in the GLOG database with that same or similar subject matter. You can then navigate through the Keyword index as described above.
